Our son tested negative today and says he feels fine now. His wife is still showing only mild symptoms and was able to work from home yesterday and today. Our nephew is improving and our niece is about the same, just mild symptoms. The good news is neither of the four have had any major complications. Thank you Lord.

I think I am particularly pissed off right now in my life over this covid overreach because I have a family member's wedding to go to in Hawaii. I thought by now all the bull shit vaccine mandate things would be over... but no... it actually has gotten worse.
In Hawaii with the Delta strain- it has emboldening Governor Ige to place more mandates...
It looked like the wedding would have to be moved to a private home when Governor Ige mandated no more than 10 people can be together inside and 25 outside at restaurants and venues. The wedding is inside and outside. Ige backed down some and said if you had an event planned it can be 50 people. There were 58 people planned to be at the wedding which is next weekend. If they don't shut the state down by then. Of course airline tickets were purchased months ago when restrictions had been lifted.
I have to share my private info about the vaccination. (I got the vaccine for me... so I would not be out of work, because there is always too much to do and I did not want to be sick for 40 days as one of our employees and another GM's was.) I never wanted to show anyone my effen vaccine card!!!! Or share that info! Every part of my being is angry about this. And And And...we all know now the vaccine does not even protect you - so it is all a ruse. Absolute government control!
There is a whole web page I have to fill out... at the end I must sign 2 different times giving my personal rights away to give them the right to my private information. In addition I have to give the address of the family member I am staying with, my driver's license number, my birthdate, email address, my flight details... everything that no government should ever have when I go on vacation, not to mention cyber hackers will have a field day with all the info~!!!!!!!
I honestly would delay going until this mandate crap is done... but I can't because it is for a wedding which will not be something I just can schedule for a later time.
Here is one of the things I have to sign off on... giving away my "right to privacy" as they acknowledge in the thing I have to sign! EFFF them!!!!! ALLL of them!!!!! It is done on a website... you know that is not secure... all my info and driver's license info!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I understand and agree that my COVID vaccination information, which may be subject to applicable privacy and security laws such as Hawaii’s Confidentiality and Content of Registry Records, §325-123, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), the Uniform Information Practices Act, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), is used or disclosed pursuant to this authorization and may be re-disclosed by HHIE or my Health Care Provider to other agencies of the State of Hawai'i.
Unless revoked, this Authorization will expire two (2) years from the date submitted. I have the right to revoke this authorization in writing at any time by sending notification to the Safe Travels Hawai'i program at the following address: ETS Safe Travels, 1151 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, HI 96813. I acknowledge that such a revocation is only effective upon receipt by the Program and is not effective to the extent the Program has relied on the authorization to provide me with the vaccination exception to quarantine, or to investigate false statements or documents submitted pertaining to the vaccination.
