Interesting polls

This is the pollster the media loves because they usually showed Biden leading, when the other polls showed Trump ahead.

A new Reuters/Ipsos poll, conducted in the days after Trump was shot in the ear during a campaign rally Saturday, found that the former president leads Biden by two percentage points in a general election matchup, 43% to 41%.

Schipp-for-brains has a 31 point lead over Garvey... what a shame and travesty. Garvey did out raise the liar last month, but I fear it is too little too late.
Yeah, I have not heard anything from Garvey in over a month. Of course the RNC is not doing anything to support or help him. He could have a chance if they did. People know him and he is a liberal enough conservative, people would vote for him.

Not a lot of change in the polls yet, need more time. Maybe tomorrow.

No toss-up map still has Trump at 325 since they added Virginia to his column.

Minnesota and New Mexico are dead heats; both were considered to be safe blue states.

New Hampshire polling with a slight Trump lead, but still in toss-up column.

New York was looking fun for a bit, but I can't see it going red. It will be close enough to make the Dems sweat though.

If the election was held today, I would predict a Trump win with 340-344 electoral votes.

Reagan beat Carter 489-49. Biden is the worst president since Carter, yet Trump by your own prediction squeaks out a win over him. If I were the GOP, I'd be worried. The race is a toss-up.

Unfortunately, we don't have a "Reagan" right now.

340 electoral votes is far from "squeaking" out a win, that would put Biden under 200. Considering the hard blue states no Republican can win right now add up to about 150 electoral votes, that's a pretty decisive win.

You hate the man so much, you can't even do arithmetic anymore.

It was how you worded it with the 340-344. Had you said "by 340-344 electoral votes," It would have been more specific. Once again you make the false claim I hate the man. I don't hate him. Do you hate Biden, Harris, or even Michelle Obama?

Well, clearly, all the existing polls don't mean as much anymore now that Biden is dropping out.

Given who all has quickly endorsed her, it would appear Kamala will be the nominee. I'm sure the pollsters are already rewriting the scripts, so we'll see what the next batch shows.

I’m not sure of that. They pretty much had to endorse her, doing anything else would cause a riot. However they did it before the convention and the delegates are free now and don’t forget all those superdelegates. If the convention picks someone else then they can still call it the “Will of the people” and not upset near as many people.

RCP has changed the Biden column on the no toss-up map to just read "Democrat", but they have not changed the numbers.

Reading through the individual state polls that were already underway, Harris typically does a bit worse against Trump than Biden.

I can't help but be a little skeptical that the Dems will stay with Kamala, they know she isn't popular. But, they have a problem if they go around her. Serves them right.
