Interesting polls

No new polls today that are newsworthy. I think it will be at least another couple of days until we see if there's any affect from the SOTU address.

Polls are kinda boring right now, not much change going on. The battleground states are what we need to be watching, but as of now, Trump is leading in all of them and has been for a while. These states will decide the election.

Possible candidate swaps or a major news break is what could change things, but not much way to predict those right now. I fully expect some kind of "October Surprise"; the question is, from which side. My guess is, one that will hurt Biden. I'm not sure there's much else that could come out about Trump, or that it would change anyone's mind if it did.

I also think the economy could be a game changer. If it does take a dump, as many are predicting, that will likely hurt Biden.

The Trump vs Biden only polls remain close, with Trump having a slight lead in most of them.

But when Kennedy is added to the mix, things change. Contrary to initial speculation, Bobby Jr. seems to hurt Biden considerably more. My guess is Democrats who are disillusioned with Biden throwing their support Behind Kennedy.

Trump still leading in all the swing states, which is probably the most important news.

Based on the current polls, Trump wins with 312 Electoral Votes. Certainly, there is time for things to change.

It appears some of the media is trying to change the narrative.

I've read two articles recently that stated Biden's SOTU speech has turned his campaign around, and he's now leading in the polls.

Well, the legit polls don't show that at all. There's a couple of outliers by left-leaning organizations that show Biden up by a point or two, but all the legit polls still show what they have for some time now, a slight Trump lead.

And again, more importantly, Trump is leading in most or all the battle ground states, which for now puts him well over the top in the Electoral College.

So I'm curious what they are up to; trying to keep hope alive with Democrat voters, or just making news?
