Covid is right here, and it's getting bad fast.

I probably will forgo any vaccines for the next decade. Or as long as Bill Gates has anything to do with pushing it on the world. Something is terribly wrong with that man.

We can not forget what was done to the USA and the world through this covid fear campaign.

They took away school and locked kids out of playgrounds... even once they knew it was not a virus that stayed on surfaces, but was airborne and the risk was to the elderly and those with underlying conditions.... NOT CHILDREN!!!!!

The damage they have done to a whole generation of children is unforgivable.

My state was worse than many, but the federal government still has us under a "national emergency," and Fauci won't go away. They are still trying to get authorization to vaccinate zero to 5 year olds!!!!! For a virus that is not a threat to them, nor does the vaccine match, and it is now little worse than a bad cold for kids! And the potential risk is gravely more than that of covid.

I just don't see the need for COVID vaccines at this point. It's mostly ineffective on the current variants and a lot of people now have some level of immunity. The potential for side effects from the vaccines have now been well documented and at this point we have to ask if those risks are justified, especially for people who have gained natural immunity.

That is why I can't figure out. Why are parents still vaxxing their minor children (ages 6 to 17)?

AND the evil Pfizer who is trying to get the new born to 5 year old emergency use vaccine passed when they admitted there was NO immunity from 2 shots! They were hoping to prove that by the time they gave a third shot it would give protection... who is letting these people give their newborn to 5 year olds these experimental "old" covid shots????? They are not even the new variant!

My wife tested positive for Covid today. She has mild symptoms, just sinus congestion, a little chest congestion this morning, and her voice sounds like she has a cold. But, no fever, no loss of taste or smell, or any other symptoms. She thought she was coming down with a cold, and broke out one of FJB's test kits that came in the mail a few months ago. It showed a faint positive line. She called our doctor in Florida (we are currently here in GA), and doc said since symptoms are mild, just use over the counter meds for them. Doc also recommended that I get booster #2, since I am in direct contact with her. Got that this afternoon. Doc had previously recommended not getting booster #2 unless it was necessary. All our visits with relatives and friends have been put on hold for at least the next few days.

Hope she recovers quickly and you avoid it.

Just an FYI, if you want to order more rapid tests, you only need to go onto the USPS web site:

I was exposed at a convention in Las Vegas, out of 6 of us, I was the only one that did not get Covid. Luckily I had 3 test kits left, then I borrowed my mom's.

In the mean time I ordered more... after you order 8, it says you can order another 8 per household!

Glad to have had them because 2 weeks later I got a cold, that turned into a cough. I wasn't sick enough to stay home, so knowing it was only a cold was handy. I knew I was not exposing my co-workers to covid. Many of us at work got the cold all about the same time, like me they were testing to make sure we were not Covid positive.

I did not think I would ever use those tests. In today's climate, it is handy to tell people, "I tested, and it's not Covid."

She doing OK. Very mild symptoms. A little congestion and stuffy nose, and had a slight fever yesterday (back to normal today), but otherwise feels fine.

My coworker got COVID at the conference we were at. I tested negative twice so I am in the clear but was around hjm all week. I know of at least 4 others I was in contact with that ended up with it. I was happy to be at an in person conference but it is definitely a place for it to spread. In perspective, you had to be vaccinated to attend so there’s that.
