The Official Dallas Hwy Caucus and Primary Thread

Trump has wanted to debate Biden all along. He didn't debate in the primaries because he had them wrapped up.

I don't understand why some people seem to want Biden to be replaced? So there might be a better chance of beating Trump? Isn't this what we DON'T want?

Making statements about Biden likely getting replaced doesn't equate to wanting it to happen. It is a very real possibility.

I'll be shocked if Biden accepts

Trump calls for debates with Biden 'anytime, anywhere, anyplace'

Why should he? After all, Trump refused to debate his opponents during the primaries. So what if Biden refuses? It doesn't matter, actually, because I doubt Biden will be the Democratic candidate.

It is a real possibility, but probably not as likely as some seem to want.

Personally, I think the odds are against it at this point. If it turns out I'm wrong, then I'm wrong. It's not that the Dems wouldn't like to dump Biden, I just think they know there's too much risk in trying it. And I suspect not many other Democrats want to inherit this mess. Not all Democrats are stupid, many know that Biden has made a mess of things.

The chatter out there is that the Dems know they are likely to lose this one, that's why they've gone so negative on Trump and tried so many legal options to disqualify him.

Frankly, my biggest concern is not Biden or any possible replacement, it's whether or not we can have a fair election.

For example...look at all the hype over Big Mike taking Biden's place. It was never a real consideration, just a media creation to get ratings and keep us occupied while dirty stuff was going on.

Come on folks, surely you already know the answer. DJT now has a formidable opponent (not necessarily the opponent but the machine) so it’s no longer a cake walk for him which completely changes his campaign strategy. Time to leave behind the bitterness of him winning almost every single Primary contest without having to debate. Whether we like it or not it was his team’s strategy and it worked flawlessly.

This actually surprises me and is encouraging:

Former President Donald Trump will win all of American Samoa's nine delegates in the Republican caucus, Newsmax projects.

The results follow a surprising upset in the Democrat caucus. On Super Tuesday, long shot Democrat Jason Palmer won the Democrat caucus over President Joe Biden.

American Samoa's Democrat caucus awards six delegates, and Palmer and Biden each earned three. The race is not expected to affect the nomination outcome.

Trying to figure out who to vote for tomorrow, looking at the current results it’s going to be a nail biter:

Wait, I didn’t know Taylor running? I bet the Swifties turn out en masse.

Locking it up: Trump clinches 2024 Republican presidential nomination during Tuesday's primaries

Former President Trump is officially the presumptive Republican presidential nominee.

Trump clinched his party's 2024 nomination Tuesday when Georgia, Mississippi and Washington state held primaries.

With no major challengers left, both Trump and President Biden, who locked up his party's nomination earlier in the evening, were on course to collect all or nearly all the delegates up for grabs in Tuesday's contests, putting each of them over the top and making them the Democratic and Republican presumptive presidential nominees.

I un-stickied the Nikki Haley thread since she's out of the race.

Leaving Bobby Kennedy for now since he could be a spoiler in the race.
