Well, one of those two I would NEVER vote for, so the other will get my vote by default.

Last night, Mr. Heath issued a press release with pre-determined dates and times of a potential debate. He did this without conferring with our campaign. Here is our response to Mr. Heath. This is another attempt to distract the voters from the real issues of the 31st District. If and when we receive the requested documents concerning both the formal ethics complaint against Mr. Heath and his signed Lobbyist gift cap pledge we will pass it along.

Senator Heath has emailed Bill Carruth to extend this challenge and for Carruth to respond by 5 p.m. today. As of 8 p.m., Carruth has yet to respond.
The runoff elections will be held on August 21, 2012.
