Yes, I read it. The entire "announcement" is a waste of time, but it's bringing lots of media coverage and attention which drives up endorsement value. Maybe I'll announce it one day when I get ready to retire so I can live real comfortable.

That is a very good question Sadie. I'd like to know the answer to this as well. The media ridicules the "Jesus Lover" and embraces the old "Gay Guy". Why can't they all just be about the player's ability, not his color, his sexual orientation or his religious background.
