I won't guarantee that I'll vote for him, but I'm solidly behind him right now.
What I don't get is the vitriol surrounding his candidacy and why everybody who doesn't like him think that those of us who do are complete idiots. I don't care if you don't like him, and I'm not gonna call you nasty names. Not that you have, but an AWFUL lot of people have.

But again - I just don't get why so many automatically disbelieve what he says. I mean, I don't mind, but I don't automatically assume anything about any of the other candidates. The fact that he's funding his own campaign gives a lot of weight to me as to backing up what he is saying.

That is the good thing about him. He will do what will make him look good and show he is a winner. If he wins, I know he can not do all, but he will at least try to do enough good that people will think he is the best thing since the martini was invented..ok, that is a bit too much, but after 8 years of what we had I think he knows if he wins the presidency he can declare any change to bring the Great America Back as a win. Short of some kind of great revelation in their lives; people's characters tend to stay constant. I see no reason Trump's character would have changed when he decided to run for president. Only his dialogue, because he knows what the people want to hear.
