I wasn't part of the other discussion, so I'll re-state my previous point, because I think it's important and worthy of thoughtful people's contemplation.
Point: It all comes down to artificial contraception. The reason we are in this moral quagmire is that we (as a society, as Christians, as contracepting Catholics) have separated the sexual act from its primary end of procreation. Instead we have made pleasure its primary end. Insodoing we have lost the logical ability to argue against homosexuality (or bestiality, or what-have-you).
The only logical way out of this is to reject artificial contraception and return to the true, meaningful end of sexual love--that is, to produce children. In that way, everything begins to make sense.

About the contraception issue...I don't mean to point fingers at anybody. My DH and I contracepted for four years at the beginning of our marriage before we understood the ramifications of it, ramifications I was never taught in 12 years of Catholic education...

God cures sin, man does not. All of us have a clock and only He knows when, how, and why we will die. He has His reasons that sometimes we will never know why. Each of us has a purpose in this life and how we live it, determines a lot of things. And God and none of us hate gays. I have two lesbian friends that I know well and are on my Facebook page. They know where I stand on the issue of gay and lesbian...and they know that I do not hate them...only their gay/lesbian lifestyle and that I am a Christian, but they respect that. Xgay Greg is not the only one in this world that has come to God and been cured by His blood. Everyone has freewill...God granted that and its up to each of us to take it or leave it.BeatBoxinGranny47 said:
