She filed the first lawsuit in November of 2019, but the courts decided it had to wait until Trump was out of office.

Changing the law so someone can escape prosecution is nothing more than corruption. Reverse the roles for a minute. What would people be saying if it were two Democratic senators wanting to change the law to benefit another Democrat to avoid prosecution?
