Trump Indictments

Michigan Supreme Court declines to immediately hear appeal of ruling allowing Donald Trump on primary ballot

These people filing these lawsuits are idiots. Until he is convicted of insurrection, they cannot deny him on the ballot for insurrection. Their lawyers are taking their money knowing they will lose.

Just reading more about this....it has taken 3 years for news of this audio recording to come out. 3 years after the election and even 1 year after Trump decided to run again. This may lead to new indictments in Michigan or/and more charges in the existing federal probe. How many more of these types of things (recordings, phone calls, etc.) will come out between now and November 2024? Why Republicans would go to war (general election) with a guy that is facing so many criminal indictments (many of which are looking more legitimate by the day due to information like this recording being released) is beyond me and is likely a recipe for losing that war.

What's one more, or a dozen more indictments? Surely I'm not the only one who finds it rather odd that after being stacked up against those odds he has yet to be convicted. I'm sticking with him until he's convicted and legally removed from the ballot but I'm not giving up on that actually occurring. It could and likely will happen.

Wayne County has always been a Democratic Party stronghold for more than 100 years. In 2016, Hillary Clinton received 519,444 votes and Trump 228,993. For Trump to claim he lost Wayne County because the Democrats cheated is absurd. In that election, Clinton won Wayne (Detroit metro), Washtenaw (Ann Arbor), Oakland, Genesee (Flint), Ingham (Lansing), Kalamazoo (Kalamazoo), Muskegon, and Marquette. Those counties are Democratic strongholds. Kent (Grand Rapids) and Saginaw counties are normally Democratic strongholds, but Trump won both by narrow margins. Trump won Michigan in 2016 by just under 14K votes.

In 2020, the Dems won the same counties they did in 2016 but also won Kent, Grand Traverse (Traverse City), and Saginaw counties.

The Republican strategy to win a statewide race in Michigan is to forget about those counties that normally go for the Democrats but instead concentrate your efforts on all the others.

Perhaps, but if you go to the pain page of the site, it's clearly anti Trump. I wouldn't put much stock in it until other's report it.

I saw that, but it was all opinion with zero evidence to support what he was saying.

If all this was true, I think we'd see it all over the media. Maybe give it a day or two to see if it comes out.
