Vivek has near zero chance at this point. He's in it either for a position in the next cabinet, or simply to lay the groundwork for a future run.

The guy is obviously smart, but nowhere close to being ready for this job. And, many of us have questions about what his true positions really are.

I suspect we've not seen the last of him.

I think he'll switch and run as a future Democratic candidate.

He is a democrat,,, a democratic stooge trying to work from the inside. In 2016 he was one of the young progressives put in town hall meetings to throw softballs to democrats. There won't be any 'Switch', he'll just change his pronoun back.
 
Nikki Haley believes that it is a good thing we are giving all our munitions to Ukraine because we are replacing our old stuff with new stuff. Right now, we are hurting regarding munitions because we haven't been able to replenish what we have given away. What we are currently doing and what she says we need to continue doing is weakening our national defense and putting us in more significant debt. She also favors we attack Iran's infrastructure, claiming it will cripple them. She said helping Ukraine win and taking care of Iraq would cause them to give up on Taiwan.

She's high on crack if she believes that. It's no secret how weak our national defense has become, with recruiting needs falling short and our munitions being depleted. What she suggests would not deter China at all. If we do what she says, it will just make it a lot easier for China. She is disappointing me with her position on this.

Wow, for a conservative, you have to question why she would insist on such a government overreach. She must be delusional if she believes forcing everyone to use their real names would make people more civil on social media. Many people use their real names and are very hostile online. It won't stop bots, either. The most ridiculous thing she said was people not using their real names on social media was dangerous to our national security. It sounds like what Nikki Haley wants is a government with more control over the people. Now, I don't even want to see her as a VP.

You know who were anonymous writers back in the day? Alexander Hamilton, John Jay, and James Madison when they wrote the Federalist Papers.

They were not "national security threats," nor are the many conservative Americans across the country who exercise their Constitutional right to voice their opinions without fear of being harassed or canceled by the school they go to or the company they work for.

Haley's proposal to ban anonymous speech online — similar to what China recently did — is dangerous and unconstitutional.

It will be dead on arrival in my administration.
