Preferably, I would like to have them back when I return in Nov 2012. If that's not possible, then I would prefer they go to good homes where they will be cared for the rest of their lives. The last thing I want to do is take them to the animal shelter because they may not get adopted out as so many people are turning their dogs in to them.
 
Hey, I just talked to my friend's husband. Hope to hear back from her in a little bit. I am going to talk to my husband about them. Do they have to stay together? Could they be separated for a little while?

I have given your email addy to a friend of mine who wants to get with you on the two smaller ones and she also may have an option for the german shepard/retriever mix.

I have someone who wants to meet Trixie Wednesday evening. She's willing to keep her for the year and give her back to me when I return. I really appreciate everyone's help in this. It means a lot to me.

Not yet. I'm meeting someone Wed night about Trixie. If I don't have homes for them by tomorrow night, I'll have no choice but to take them to the shelter on Thursday.
 
Also, are they all spayed/neutered? Anything I should know about how they interact with other animals?
 
The little dogs are spayed, but Duke is not neutered. They get along fine with other dogs.
 
Fox , is duke house trained?? might be able to help ya out i have no fenced yard but would like to help ya with him till ya get back.. And I have an 84 # black female lab..

Yes he is house trained.
 
will he run away if not leashed my lab stays out no matter wht i willl take him for ya and take care of the feller if ya need.. and stay fricking safe over the in the rocks..
 
I'm nothing special. I'm not sure I can help. Especially with the unneutered male. We already have five dogs and a cat. I just can't bear to look at those faces and know they might have to go to the pound through no fault of their own. If I can help I will do it. But I need to meet the dogs.
 
I love Duke's face...if I had a fence I would take him in a minute and keep him for you for the year..he is such a sweet looking boy. I so hope someone can take them for you Fox.
