OK, this may be my tin foil hat talking....
In some theocracies (guess which), the police are replaced by a neighborhood watch sort of situation. These watchers report to religious leaders who act as judge and jury when assessing whether the accused broke their God's law. Punishment is handed down instantly and carried out by faithful public. It is usually violent because there are few jails to speak of.
It just so happens that there are a lot of immigrants in Minneapolis from countries where this sort of religious law was prominent.

A lot of the stuff that's happening right now is downright frightening, and there's clearly someone pushing much of it from behind the scenes. I truly believe we're looking at an orchestrated attack on our nation.

Now the protestors have stormed city hall and are demanding the mayor resign. So, who the hell is running the city now? It appears to be the protestors. This is a very liberal city and it's going to be interesting to see what the liberal mayor is going to do. I wonder if the liberal governor will step in? So picture this. 200 white supremacists take over a police precinct in Charlotte and declare it a separate nation. They set up a fence and charge people to come and go.
See how stupid that sounds? They wouldn't even get the chance to set up a perimeter. That building would have been droned within the hour and we would be talking about how to desecrate the ashes.
