Un.believable. What I got in the mail.

Today I got a letter addressed to The B_____ Family from WAC Debt Notification. Freaked out, I opened it immediately. It is "an attempt to collect a debt from Bill Carruth". There is a letter, not signed, explaining how much he "owes" and how much he is spending on his campaign. In it is a "copy" of a writ of execution.

What the heck??? Who sent this?

Well, he does owe that and it is a slick piece of work....I had to chuckle at the brains behind that marketing strategy...why? Because it makes people open it and read it rather than a mailer where people throw it in the trash.....but I am also not 100% sure who actually sent it.

And I do mean that, I don't know who sent it but I am sure I will know soon enough through my connections.

You "had to chuckle behind the brains" that sent that flier out - are you kidding me? That comment literally makes me sick at my stomach Chris. How anyone can condone such a thing is totally beyond me.

Why don't you tell that to all the elderly people that received that letter in the mail today and got upset. I have received numerous phone calls from elderly family members and friends that were terribly upset after getting that letter out of their mailbox today - I sincerely hope and pray that it didn't cause any of them any physical harm. Elderly people sometimes just simply don't understand "grade schoolish" political ploys such as these.

And by the way Chris, news flash for you. The origin of the letter has been determined. And that is all I will say about that......

I dont get into politics but the person that came up with this did have a pretty good marketing strategy. I'm not saying it right, but is it such a bad thing? Again, I could not care less about politics so this is an honest question. Why is the mailer such a horrible thing? I get crap in the mail all the time that is marked VA benefits change, it freaks me out but I open it, realize its just a mailer that is not from the VA but a "Refinance now" mailer and tear it up. Again!!! Just a question because I dont know the answer!!!!

I keep saying...I have been involved long enough to see how the game is played...it is a game people. It is one against another or two and is played a lot from the national to the state to the local and whoever can outdo the other wins.

I saw two things in this mailer and may be its because I analyze things.

One, the debt owed is fact. And two, no one sees the humor of the marshals coming after him?


Of course, there are lines to which not to cross like what happened in District 66. That now was uncalled for.

However, the bashing of a candidate in District 19 has crossed the line many times and all I see are high fives without question. They could careless of what the other side is.

People need to separate their personal emotions on things like this and understand...it is a game, people.

Now like I said earlier...what happened to Mike Miller in District 66...now that went too far and was uncalled for. So there are limits to the game and whoever did that to Mike obviously doesn't know the rules of the game and needs to be called out on it.

I have said enough but that is my opinion and everyone is entitled to one.

To the FDIC, yes. I don't have the details down to the last period but yes, he owes a lot of money.

Game or no game, this is the kind of BULL Cheeze that pisses people off! It turns them off to politics and keeps them away from the polls! This just not acceptable!
