Trump wins Indiana. Clinton wins presidency.

Congrats Trump and congrats Clinton. The ship is sinking.

If there was ever a time to vote third party, this year is it.

Bite your dang tongue and get out and campaign for Trump now. What choice is there really at this point?

BTW I thought I read Cruz was going to get Indiana?

There's a way he could win. I'm just not sure he will do it, or if he even wants to.

There's so many fake news sites out now, it's hard to know what to believe. Even some of the ones that were trustworthy have sold out to Trump.

Nope, I'm not campaigning nor voting for Trump. Assuming nobody new jumps in with an independent run, I'll vote Libertarian for President this year.

I don't think he's capable of being "presidential". He may try but as soon as someone insults him or a reporter grills him he'll go back to his usual attitude.

I saw some interviews from years ago where he was very polished and presidential.

He's capable, just not sure he wants to.

Not a chance. It will be interesting to see who Trumps VP pick will be. It's gotta be a good one if he's going to be Hillary.

I'm thinking Kasich, Christie, Huckabee, or Newt. And it won't matter...he'll still lose to Hillary.

Between the two of them...

Trump and Cruz control almost all the delegates. How could the GOP say no?

Trump and Cruz have the majority of the Republican popular vote.

Trump has alienated a LOT of potential Republican voters. He has to romance some of them back if he is to have a chance of winning. A lot of those people supported Cruz, so the two of them making up could get some of them back.

Trump needs more backing from conservatives. Cruz could help there.

Cruz could deliver Texas, and maybe help with Florida (Cubans). Possibly California too.

FYI: Sanders is now projected to win Indiana.

By the way: the same website lets you explore details about Trump and Cruz as well. I'll be honest, these are two terrible candidates, but, the more I learned about Cruz the more he scared me. And, I think he was ready to do horrible things to the Republican party if the election in Indiana had gone his way. I should probably start another thread about it, but one thing that has been made clear in this election cycle is that parties don't want voters to select their nominee. In my state, the Republican party selected delegates (for Cruz) without bothering with a caucus. They've also endorsed the Republican candidate for governor without bothering with a caucus. If my state were the only one, then it's just one backwater state that hasn't entered the modern age. But several states did it.

I said Trump/Cruz a long time ago, now I am not so sure. Cruz has alienated just as many republicans, and I do not know if that would be a good ticket anymore. I just have never seen or thought I would see this craziness.

Cruz was my pick, he got my vote and I wanted him to win. Now that Trump is the last man standing for the Republicans then I will now back him, pray for him, and for our country. I have no doubt that he will give Hillary all she can handle and it wouldn't surprise me at all if he doesn't win by a landslide. Not because he gets crossover votes but because of low turnout for the Democratic party.

No, the false image of Cruz put out by the left AND the Trump campaign has alienated a lot of Republicans.
