I think you're missing the point. A perv dressed as a woman probably wouldn't care about leaving "her" purse on the floor. And everyone might not be as careful as you, especially children who tend to think with innocent minds.

And I forgot to mention...I could conceal a tiny wireless camera in a roll of TP, a plunger, etc and leave it in a stall. I could easily conceal one in the TP holder while I stood nearby and watched the show. And then there's the ones that record to flash media to be retrieved later.
