More evidence that transgender bathrooms are a bad idea

Because they are controversial.

But just as is with the transgender issue; if the left would stop pushing this stuff, the right wouldn't be in such a tizzy about it.

Leave it all alone. The vast majority of us don't care what people do on their own time with their own money.

The left don't give a damn about these people either, they just use these emotional issues to rally the troops.
This is true. But it's also true of both sides of the isle.

This should just not even be an issue, I guess is my point in all of this. No one, on either side, should have brought this to the forefront. But what I do want to say is, boycotting Target, etc, is really silly. Going into Target to make a point, then posting it on Facebook is absurd. You want to make a difference? Find a real issue to make a difference or change in. This is just dumb.

I'm a Libertarian. I have realized that it feels much better to stop caring what other folks do, and just worry about myself and my family.

Anyway,
I hope all of that makes sense, and everyone understands what I am saying. We have much bigger fish to fry in this country, and both sides are worried about the wrong fish.

Sorry, I guess I had more beer than I should have. :(
Normally, I would laugh at this, but it was a very big deal and kiddo was there to see it. It worried him for days. As soon as MrB got home from work, the first thing BabyB said was, "Daddy, some creepy man touched Mom at Home Depot today. And she got mad. And it scared me." He wouldn't drop it. And while it turned into a good learning experience, that is just the silver lining. No little boy should see something like that happen to his mom.

And, these are the topics that get Diva and Lisa's britches in a bunch. :D
Not really. I have come to expect certain things here.
And for the third or fourth time I am saying this is ridiculous to keep talking about. (Though I would still like an answer from Boss about what rape?)

That's really despicable. I know you had Baby B there and reporting that turd and all that involves would have been a huge hassle, but I would love to see him fry for that. You shouldn't have to put up with it let alone the sweet Baby B.

At the the time, I wanted to get away. I elbowed him in the gut, and he tried to rationalize his actions, but kiddo was scared. I decided to not make a bigger scene than what was already made, and continued with my task. I watched where he went, and had my eyes on him as we left. Looking back, I wish I'd had a manager or someone come over. Something. But kiddo was with me, and I wanted to just make it not a scene.

The person was a he when it happened and this was not a bathroom incident. After years the woman told of the rape (which happens in many instances) then found out that he had transitioned to a woman.
Horrible thing that happened, no doubt, and he should face the consequences of that action whether he is a man or woman now.
So what you're saying is the perpetrator most likely never identified himself as a woman trapped in a man's body all his life; that suddenly one day he decided to become a woman.

Are you suggesting that being transgender is not a choice decided "suddenly one day" but is something he knew all his life?

Not at all. It's the bleeding hearts who continue to state women who identify as being a man, and men who identify as being a woman has been the issue for them since birth. It was Diva who said in regards to the link I provided that the man raped the woman before he was a transgender, suggesting he had not been a woman trapped in a man's body since birth.

I'm confused. So @ShoeDiva pointed out that the rapist wasn't a transgender when the rape happened but you asked Diva if she believes "the perpetrator most likely never identified himself as a woman trapped in a man's body all his life; that suddenly one day he decided to become a woman"? That question seems to imply that you think being transgender is not a choice. If that is an incorrect implication then this case has nothing to do with this thread about transgenders.

I do believe being a transgender is a choice. It's the social liberals who feel it is not. If social liberals believe a transgender is so at birth, then she should believe when the man who now claims to be a woman was in fact a transgender when he committed the rape. Instead, she said he committed the rape when he was a man. I'm claiming the man is a sick mental case period.

I would agree that anyone of any gender that commits rape is sick.

If you want to make a point you will need to find a transgender that goes after women to rape them. That is the point you were making right? (Whether he knew or not at the time he was a transgender is not the point. He was portraying a man and living as a man at the time. Now did he know he was a man in a womens body? I do not know. He might have and was angry and fighting it. I have no idea.)

This is one case of a man who is now a transgender that committed a crime as a man. I actually do not care if he committed a crime as a man, a woman, or a purple people eater. If someone commits a crime they need to pay for it.
