Las Vegas mass shooting

Whatever "reason" they land on, it is not going to be reasonable. It won't be Trump's fault, or Hillary's fault, or Armalite's fault. This was a calculated cold blooded mass killing and there is no "reason" for that. Evil cannot be outlawed, protected against, or understood.

BTW, the new term is gun "safety". Welcome the new "climate change" of leftist soft-speak.

It's still Trump's fault. (sarcasm)

But seriously..I can't help but wonder if all this division might have played into it.

I'm still sticking with the he doesn't like "new country" story and wanting to hear some Hank. It makes as much as much sense as anything else at this point. Could it honestly be that he just flipped and took so many lives for absolutely no reason? Just a very odd situation.

Even his brother seemed baffled as to where he got all the guns.

Yeah my brother lives across the street in the same neighborhood as the shooter's brother. Needless to say it is hard as heck to get in and out of their neighborhood right now due to the vultures in the media.

The guns have been baffling me. I can't help but wonder if someone got him the guns and put him up to it. If not someone like ISIS, a person or group wanting to further an agenda. I hope the gun grabbers wouldn't stoop this low.

Fully automatic are not legal. Now...he could have bought them semi-automatic and had them converted.

Having 20-30 different guns and thousands of rounds is not that unusual but responsible gun owners know better than converting any to full-auto without a proper permit.

He bought his guns over a period of years from reputable dealers and passed background checks. He owned all types of guns, not just "assault weapons" (sic). That does not fit with the altered full auto and the plastic explosive. It doesn't fit with the three days he carefully carried over 20 rifles up to the room, or any of the planning he did to pull this off. This wasn't an ordinary mental case that had a record of violence and mental instability. Nothing fits right now.

The CBS reporter that was fired, did make one point, country music fans GENERALLY speaking are of a conservative nature.
If it turns out that this guy (pure speculation again on my part) was a flaming lib out to kill as many Trump supporters as possible, you reckon we will hear about that on the news?
Or will this case disappear from the news like the story of the Sudanese immigrant that shoot up the church in Tenn?

Right now the motive is "gun violence" because the guy was white. The media will do everything to keep it that way.

Interesting..........

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4944234/Two-23-rifles-inside-Stephen-Paddock-s-room.html

  • New photos show Vegas shooter's dead body on the floor of his hotel room after he committed suicide
  • Next to his body are two assault rifles with bipods; one has a 'bump stock', making it effectively full-auto
  • Something that looks like a note can be seen on a table, though police haven't mentioned finding one
  • Dozens of spent shells litter the floor and in one corner magazines sit in neat stacks
  • A hammer is also seen, which Paddock presumably used to smash open two windows in his suite
  • He put cameras in the peephole of his room's door and in a room service cart outside so he could see SWAT

If gunfire ceased 59 minutes before his room was breached by swat, and he shot at the swat team before then shooting himself........ what was he doing for that 59 minutes?

He apparently even had cameras set up so he could see when the swat team was coming. So what was he doing during that 59 minutes?

Just sitting around waiting on the swat team? With all that ammo, why didn't he continue shooting?

Lots of info emerging. I'm sure a lot of it is garbage, but some of it appears to be legit.

I'm trying to be very careful about my imagination running free, but it's looking a lot like there was someone(s) else who either assisted this guy in setting it all up or perhaps did the setup and this guy was merely the trigger man.

It's starting to stink.

To be clear....I am NOT part of the crowd who thinks our government is behind it. But I do think there are people in our government who are on the take of the people who are behind a lot of bad stuff happening in our country. I seriously wonder just how much we are being played?

Against my better judgement I'm going to continue siding with what's currently being reported even though a clear motive has not been released. Not that there isn't one, but that one has not yet been released. As much as I'd like to say it came from the 12th or 13th floor or multiple people were involved there just isn't any credible evidence to support those claims. Not to mention it would mean admitting collusion was involved and a cover up is in the works. I just can't buy it. It's was a random shooting from a sick and evil individual who snapped for some unknown reason. As far as one person carrying all the equipment to the room, setting it up, and coordinating his actions....if there is enough will there is always a way.

I'll add this too, I'm tiring of the media talking heads making obvious dramatic comments in an attempt to lead their interview guest to recount their experience during the shooting. Obviously it was a horrific experience. I'm particularly speaking of the airhead lady on Fox's Risk and Reward who almost daily poses leading comments during her segment. It's almost bad enough to make me turn to CNN.....I said almost.

There were some other pictures released of the crime scene I saw. One was of the shooter. He had a wound to the chest as well as one to the head. A 2-shot suicide?

I just can't believe anything on the interwebbything, too easy to alter. I have to trust it our LE and dare I say it, government agencies (that hurt), to provide the truth.
