Greetings from St Thomas

Just to let ya'll know, I put together a special group of guys to rock the house down. Yours truly will be playing drums. We'll play a lot of great classic rock tunes. BTW, the equipment we'll be using is loud. People should be able to hear the music 10 miles away. That should draw more people.

With all the people that are coming, we should print out some special passes so we can charge admission to those who show up because they heard the music or rumors. We could donate the money to a charity or two. We'll have to get more porta-potties though.

well my my...you people have been party plannin fools! Well I hate to break it to you MeiLan, but I am leaving to go out of town tomorrow so I won't be around till Late Monday night and GD will be home by then. I sure hope you guys have that place back to tip top shape before Saturday!

You want US to clean it up???? It's HIS house. Dang Republicans. This is an "occupy" movement. We don't have to clean up our own messes. He should be grateful we got all those porta-potties! (well, after that stuff started overflowing into the house)

I have no idea who tried to flush a whole roll of toilet paper down the toilet. I'm glad I stopped that one guy though who wanted to light the cherry bomb and flush it down the toilet. That would have been a disaster. It was fun watching it blow up in the pool though. What a splash!!!

Good idea, Fox! I'll throw one of the ticket booths we use for the North Georgia State Fair on my trailer and bring it out there! They may even let me borrow their Tilt-A-Whurl if you'll help me put it together. It may mean we have to remove a few more trees, but it's for a good cause ;D

Dudes. You two have obviously not read the previous planning pages. Us girls have got this covered. You two just stick to your respective responsibilities and all will be well. And Fox, your band can play, of course.

This is a good opportunity to raise money for charity. GC and I have it covered.

I'll help you with it no problem. The guys in the band will be happy to help as well.

I don't think they made it home with me.

I got 'em and will hang on to them for tonight! They were stuck in the pool filter system. It's a good thing the pump was making all that racket or I wouldn't have even looked. There is still a faint electrical smell, but the pump don't make that noise anymore. Actually, the pump's not working at all, but seeins how we just have a couple of days of "party week" to go, I don't reckon we will need that much filtration....Well, if we can keep Fox's dog out of the pool tonight. The hair wasn't that bad, but that HUGE floater he made yesterday left a little ring around the liner. :sick

He was doing alright until the skimmer came towards him. It literally scared the crap out of him.

Bless his heart. That explains the lamp post too. He's a good boy....I hope he's feeling better ;D

How much sand do I need to bring back from the beach to put around Guard Dad's pool? I was sort of thinking that we could make the pool have sort of a beachy feel - I will be glad to bring seashells too. Maybe I can dig up a few palm trees too and bring them. :suntn

I need to remember to bring enough sand for the volleyball court at Guard Dad's "new" beach too as I know all of you are looking forward to the"thong" volleyball tournamnt tomorrow - do you think Guard Dad's neighbors will be mad? :snick_bunny

He's fine now. Good thing you told BBG that wasn't a Baby Ruth floating in the pool.

Don't worry about his neighbors; they don't live that close. Besides, we invited them all and they said they'd be there.

Whew, I think I'm glad I never made it into the pool yesterday......YUKKY!! It was cool the cinders from the fire were easy to get going again...........those firemen will never, ever be the same.

I don't think I'll ever be the same. Well, not sure GD's house will be either. Might be easier for him just to move. :))

I don't know about y'all, but I'm moving a bit slow this morning.

:clutchinghead: Dear Lord, STOP THE ROOM FROM SPINNING!

Oh, dear...that brings back a bad memory. I think I puked all over GD's dress shoes. I was headed for the bathroom (because all the porta-potties were full and reeked anyway), but only made it to the closet.

Oh, God - just kill me now. :moaning:
