Two and a half great days at sea and we're at our first shore excursion. Going to do some shopping and snorkeling. These crazy people drive on the wrong side of the road!

**hey GD, your pool skimmer thingy was slap full last night...we had storms so it was full, but I took care of it and there was no snakes.. :cheer1 :laugh Also GD, little shakeup on the work front...if you don't know about it already. But everyone is doing an awesome job keeping the hwy running smooth :love
 
GD, there was a small fire in your carport last night. Don't worry though we put it out. We would have been grilling poolside, but it was really raining hard. We'll never let SD near the grill again with an alcoholic beverage. She was standing next to the grill when the grease from the hamburgers flared up somewhat. She panicked and tossed her drink onto the flame thinking it would extinguish it. Unfortunately, the Tequila in her Margarita somewhat inflamed the situation. You should have seen those flames dude, they hit the ceiling of the carport and caught it on fire. I ran and got the garden hose and put it out. You'll have to replace some wood up there, but it shouldn't take you long to do that. Hope you're having a great time. We are!!!

BTW, the burgers did turn out pretty good. We just called them Mexican burgers because of the Tequila fire.

One would have thought that all of those years of military service would have taught you to keep some things on the down low.

Oh. And sorry about your grass, GD. My UC was aflarin' and I just couldn't help it. It'll grow back.... Won't it?
 
It rained the whole time we were on that island... we did take a taxi to the market place but that is about it... we looked like drowned rats so I didn't get many pics from that place.

It looks pretty though and I can't wait to get back to visit in better weather.

of all the places we have been San Jaun has been my all time fav

Fire or not, a good time was had by all :DN Fox, that arson investigator called me while I was in training today. I think I'm pretty sure he bought my story. 8)

It'll be fine in about a year or so. I was just glad the pool liner didn't get that big a hole in it when we threw in the BBQ fork when the fire broke out.
