When my mom was on welfare, we all had to go down once a month and hang out with the scome to then get our coupons that was the equivalent of wearing a tshirt in the check out line.

The fraud with social programs is out of control.
I encourage you all, if you don't already, to find a good accountant that will find you every available tax shelter and stop giving your money to the government to waste on this crap!
