Food stamps abuse

Everything that I can find on GA sites at the very least implies a different card for the Food Stamps EBT with the child support stuff being on a privately administered debit card.

We've made government dependency was too dignified. We've not only gone out of our way do make sure that programs are easy to find and easy to get on, but we're slowly removing any reason to get off of them.

When my mom was on welfare, we all had to go down once a month and hang out with the scum to then get our coupons that was the equivalent of wearing a tshirt in the check out line.

We have to give people a reason to want to do and be better.

15 years ago I had a massive heart attack. I quickly learned that a family man could get no help, no welfare, no food stamps...nothing.
My wife could get food stamps IF she went to their indoctrinations once a month AND put in 5 applications for a job each week. The ladies in charge made each applicant feel like they were TRASH of the lowest kind. At the third session they introduced the EBT card...giving the govt full access to our bank account.
We canceled the food stamps and never went back.

After working with the food ministry at our church for awhile, nothing surprises me.

Well, I guess she can't be reported if she was not successful in buying the wedding cake. I didn't think any pre-cooked foods could be purchased. And, I thought there were other restrictions on the food purchased.

It used to be that way. Not anymore.

I saw a list while looking around for EBT. I was floored at what is allowed to be purchased! It defines all nutritional foods or drink. Alcohol, ciggs, paper products, cleaning supplies, personal items, etc are excluded. Candy is excluded but you can purchase items such as chocolate chips, sugar, peanuts, etc. to make one. Ice cream, cakes, pies are allowed. Fresh seafood such as live Maine lobsters are allowed. Chips, dips, sodas, sports drinks are allowed!! Here's a kicker, they can't buy freshly made pizza, a sub sandwich, or stuff like that which is made to order in most case.....BUT if it has been prepared and placed in a display case for resale, it's good to go and allowed. Unbelievable

I'm not for the government getting that into the business of others as far as telling them what to buy. That was a positive of the WIC program, however, you could only buy certain things. Formula, milk, eggs, cheese. Foundational foods.

The fraud with social programs is out of control.

I encourage you all, if you don't already, to find a good accountant that will find you every available tax shelter and stop giving your money to the government to waste on this crap!

Trust me, I use a tax accountant to find me every available thing I can legally deduct from my taxes. You can bet your bottom dollar that every Democrat does the same thing.
