Atlanta Braves 2017

They need better pitching. The old guys they signed in the offseason aren't working out that well.
 
Tonight's game was rained out. They were playing one of the Driven series about Smoltz and Maddux during the rain delay. Brings back memories of watching them pitch in the 90's.

Look at the bright side, that's one that they didn't lose.

And all they kept talking about during the rain delay was how good Suntrust Field drains water. I think someone forgot one important thing when planning the new stadium........a retractable roof.

I think they kinda forgot the most important thing.... fixing the team and front office.

They kept talking about that while the Braves were getting their butts handed to them. Chipper was with the commentators and made the comment that obviously the planners failed to consult with one hitter before designing the stadium. It sounded good but the Braves didn't follow the laws of that theory.
 
Maybe I should change the thread title back to 'Breaking News'. Braves just hit a 3 run homerun. Still losing though.
