Warning...VENT! (I want a new car!!!!!!!)

Getting to the right person seems to be part of the problem.

My car is assigned a case number...assigned to one person. Each time I call to try to find some help, I end up back with the same person. (She is the one I mentioned earlier and is less than helpful.) I've tried to go around her and over her, but I always end up back at her voice mail. When I called to complain about her lack of help, my complaint was logged, supposedly sent to her manager, and then sent to HER.

Thankfully, the dealership making the repairs has been good to communicate with us, even though at this point, they're supposed to do it all through this lady. I just want to get my car back, so I can see where to go from here.

I'm so sorry to hear you are going through this with your car. I know you just want to be "Footloose" and fancy free in your ride. I blame Dennis Quaid.

Find out who the District Manager is and who issues the franchise to the dealership. I still think you need a new car.

Typically in a situation like this, once you get someone's attention at corporate you'll get some action.
Yep! Getting to the right person makes things happen!

I went all the way to the President/CEO with Volvo and got a nasty attitude from the bottom to the top. But that's ok...they'll never get one more cent from me, even if they weren't owned by the ChiComs.

You could try sitting across the street from the dealership with a big "I WAS SOLD A LEMON BY SO-N-SO dealership" sign.
