The appeals court panel consisted of Judge Stuart Kyle Duncan, a Trump nominee; Judge Edith Jones, a Reagan nominee; and Judge Kurt Engelhardt, a George W. Bush nominee.

Potentially these judges are not activist judges, and may stick to the constitution.
 
Now she joins the parade for fear she will be voted out in 2022:

Kelly is up for reelection next year. GOP challenger Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt's campaign team hit back in a statement on Kelly's remarks, saying she has remained quiet on Biden's vaccine mandate for two months, while Schmidt has been fighting the mandate.

"Attorney General Schmidt has been fighting Joe Biden's mandates since the moment they were announced. After two months of silence, Laura Kelly has now voiced her concerns some 36 hours after her party suffered defeat in blue state Virginia - words accompanied by no action. Kansans are smart, and can see which candidate is acting on principle defending their livelihood and which is making a desperate political ploy to save her own job," Schmidt's campaign manager CJ Grover tweeted Friday.

They address the federal government and PBS basically doing advertisements for Pfizer. Sesame Street "propaganda" telling kids to get the vaxx... it is a method of circumventing the restrictions on advertising. In the USA, you can't advertise drugs that aren't licensed. They can't have commercials telling kids to get a vaccine... so instead Big BIrd tells the kids to do it.

Malone went on to say that ''children do not get severe disease from this. In fact, what they get is robust natural immunity. And we need a large population with robust natural immunity, if we're ever going to get to herd immunity without developing escape mutant viruses.''
 
There was a lady on FOX yesterday who floated the possibility that hospitals and medical facilities are imposing mandates because the feds are withholding medicare or Obamacare payments unless they comply.

I'm not sure how one would go about verifying that.
 
My place of employment will be complying to the mandate. It won't affect me as I am vaccinated but they are going to allow non vaccinated with WEEKLY testing. Who wants to get a swab up the nose weekly? I work from home 100% now so odds are I would have been exempt anyway, unless I had the need to go into an office.
