I'm not a big TV watcher, but here are the ones that came to mind for me - the intro to Elmo's World, the theme song to Wonder Pets, Shake It Up, and Good Luck Charlie.

Oh, I gotta give points to Drake & Josh and SpongeBob Squarepants...D&J written and performed by Drake Bell, and who doesn't know the SpongeBob song?

5yo nephew has a Barney Christmas DVD. It's surprisingly good! A number of Christian carols, as well as the usual Deck The Halls type stuff.
