The Senate would vote on who becomes VP between the two receiving the most electoral votes. That would put RFK, Jr's running mate out of contention. Now that would be interesting. Possible but extremely unlikely. 3rd party candidates rarely get any electoral votes.
 
Lots of people feel we have the best two candidates running again. I’m not saying I’m one of them or that it’s true, but lots of people feel that way.
 
If he's a qualified candidate to run for President then he should be able to participate in any of the debates should he choose to do so. He should also be able to choose not to participate if that fits his campaign strategy. Just another hurdle our 2-party system has in place to restrict competition. Then again, Biden and The Donald are our two best that we have to offer so who needs a 3rd choice..right?

Nobody orders a single in the Mcdonald's drive-thru, it's either a Big Mac or a Qtr Pounder. Plus having too many choices on the menu backs up the drive-thru line and ain't nobody got no time for dat.
 
Some rumors flying that Bobby will drop out a bit later on and endorse Trump. He has downplayed it but not dismissed the possibility. He's made remarks before that the most important mission here was to get Biden out.

His son also released a recording of Trump calling him and asking for his support, which was taken down and Bobby apologized for. But it does establish that the two have been in communication.

Did Bobby ever pick a VP?? I didn't hear of one, but If he's on the ballot I would think he needs one. I suppose if he drops out soon he doesn't need one. In the case of a write-in candidate were to ever win, what do they do about a VP... name one after the inauguration?

Yeah, but she's kind of a fruit loop. I think he just picked her for her money, she's rich and has dumped big bucks into hi campaign.
 
More rumors that Bobby will drop out and endorse Trump. Reports are that they met about it at the convention.
