Neil Diamond - Love On The Rocks

:sick

What do you ladies like these days? These guys who "sing" like they are in pain? That's what people do who can't sing. They either scream or whine...It's a lot like contemporary "Christain" music...You would thing someone parked a Volvo on their foot.

I like REAL music, like Louis Armstrong, Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble', Harry Connick, Jr., Doris Day, Jo Stafford, Ella Fitzgerald, et al. I like Elvis, Emmylou Harris, Alison Krauss, Nicole C. Mullen, Phil Wickham, Travis Cottrell, Alan Jackson, Collin Raye, Diana Krall, and Adele. Plus many others, but I'm too sleepy to think of them right now. Just not Neil2. Or Manilow. Or Streisand. Or Celene D.

Neil Diamond sang a lot of great songs. I've always liked him. A lot of people refer to him as the Jewish Elvis. He's written a lot of great songs recorded by other people and groups as well.

I love lots of diff kinds of music...and diff artists.

Top favs: Neil Diamond, The Ventures, classic rock (Eagles, Led Zeppelin, Cream, Blood Sweat & Tears, Fleetwood Mac, CCR...), 80's music, hair band rock, contemporary Christian, Gospel Quartets, classic country, dance music, bluegrass.

As one of my best friends once said, I have the most eclectic selection of music in my iPod that she's ever seen.
