I gotta start working out again

I can't believe how out of shape I've gotten from these 4 months of dealing with the parent issues and not much else.

I recovered a little bit during my vacation, but a week can only do so much.

Wife and I seriously have to get with the program, we have a 9 day cruise in New England/Canada this fall that I really, really want to be in shape for.

You can always go over to GD's and help him rearrange his speakers,,, daily!

fitness is 90% diet and 10% working out

you can't out-train a junk diet...... ( I've tried.... boy howdy, I've tried. )
True, and I need to keep working on that too. But I also need to get that muscle tone back so work like I did yesterday doesn't make me sore.

My current weakness is sweat tea. The sweet tea down here in south Georgia is just so much better than some of the sweet tea in Atlanta. :D

I've been eating better and less, but I've likely replaced all those food calories with sweet tea calories. :(

Start by going half and half with another sweetener. Stevia seems to work well in tea.

Um....most of the tea I drink is what I get from restaurants or fast food joints. Those places don't know anything about Stevia, etc. down here in south Georgia. :D

I did try some of the sugar-free Diet Tea you can buy in gallon jugs at the grocery store. Nasty!

Milos is pretty good, even the artificially sweetened.
