You can always go over to GD's and help him rearrange his speakers,,, daily!I can't believe how out of shape I've gotten from these 4 months of dealing with the parent issues and not much else.
I recovered a little bit during my vacation, but a week can only do so much.
Wife and I seriously have to get with the program, we have a 9 day cruise in New England/Canada this fall that I really, really want to be in shape for.

True, and I need to keep working on that too. But I also need to get that muscle tone back so work like I did yesterday doesn't make me sore.fitness is 90% diet and 10% working out
you can't out-train a junk diet...... ( I've tried.... boy howdy, I've tried. )
You got that rights. It takes as much discipline to say no to dessert and 2nd helpings as it does to go to the gym regularly.fitness is 90% diet and 10% working out

We had chili earlier this week. Chinese tonight. Getting up at 4:30 tomorrow morning to put a pork butt in the smoker. Have it prepped and ready to go, will get it to room temp in the morning while the smoker warms. Can’t wait.I had homemade chili.
Y'all should come visit.
Start by going half and half with another sweetener. Stevia seems to work well in tea.My current weakness is sweat tea. The sweet tea down here in south Georgia is just so much better than some of the sweet tea in Atlanta.
I've been eating better and less, but I've likely replaced all those food calories with sweet tea calories.

Milos is pretty good, even the artificially sweetened.Um....most of the tea I drink is what I get from restaurants or fast food joints. Those places don't know anything about Stevia, etc. down here in south Georgia.
I did try some of the sugar-free Diet Tea you can buy in gallon jugs at the grocery store. Nasty!

I still do. Coke Zero is a far better cola drink.I hated Diet Coke initially too.

I love my Diet Mountain Dew, but I know it's not the healthiest stuff out there. It's OK to me, but I prefer Diet Coke. Regular Coke is simply nasty at this point.
