Do you remember 2016... Russia Russia Russia... these people are dirty dirty dirty, but Conservatives can't question the 2020 elections without being locked up, and they will continue to go after Trump.:
I like how the article brought up Hillary Clinton using her own server to send classified emails, which is a severe violation of the law. The DOJ gave her a pass.Interesting

I can tell you for a fact Adam Dean Fox is guilty as heck. I should know, he's my nephew.
I wish my nephew had never made the choices that lead to this. They were his choices and now he has to live with the consequences.Whitmer Kidnapping Plot: Adam Fox, Barry Croft, Jr. guilty on all charges

And its' that belief that separates you from a Liberal. A Liberal will always find someone or something else that "forced" them into doing it.I wish my nephew had never made the choices that lead to this. They were his choices and now he has to live with the consequences.
My sister (his mother) is claiming he was set up by the FBI. He was planning all this stuff before the FBI got involved. And its' that belief that separates you from a Liberal. A Liberal will always find someone or something else that "forced" them into doing it.

Everyone who reviewed them is tainted and DQ’d if the review was unlawful. https://t.co/aSw1z7fzxq

You guys need to stay out of stuff you don’t understand. A Special Master can do anything the District Judge empowers him/her to do. Rule 41(g) provides for “scope of warrant” review. The SM would issue a report and recommendation to the District Judge.
Josh Gerstein @joshgerstein
@steve_vladeck Special masters don't usually review scope-of-warrant issues, though. Just privilege.

I agree. From what I understand, the gist of this whole mess will boil down to whether or not Trump declassified the documents. And according to many lawyers and a SCOTUS ruling awhile back, a sitting president has complete and unilateral power power to declassify.
I'm not a judge and I don't play one on the internet, but I don't see a pathway for the Dems to make this stick. I doubt that was ever their intent; the whole mess is just more theatrics to damage Trump in the court of public opinion. Same as the Jan 6th hearings, same as Russiagate, same as the impeachment silliness.
An asshat from the left who used to work for NSA said there was no law or regulations a president must follow BUT a precedent had been established when one president put cover letters on the document stating the documents were declassified. One president chose to put a cover letter on the documents making it protocol when all the other presidents didn't do that. That's a reach. If none of the other presidents did that, then the precedent is NOT to add a cover letter. The left is really reaching to make it look like Trump did something illegal. It will come back and bite them in the ass. From what I understand, the gist of this whole mess will boil down to whether or not Trump declassified the documents.
