Court Agrees To Hear Cruz Eligibility Case

I do remember seeing that when it was making the rounds. I just did not remember a court or O's lawyers stating that.

It was a court case to determine if he was eligible to be on the ballot. I think it was in Alabama. There was not a lot of press coverage about this, as expected.
