Well I have read this whole thing.

1. If women want to do this, then they need to train, sleep, eat, and everything just like the men folk. No doing runs in tennis shoes. No separate quarters during basic, No difference period.

2. If you have a kid approach you will you be able to kill that child to save your unit?

3. Rape is a very real possibility, are we ready as a society to blow it off?

4. So do we now teach our boys that it's OK to treat all girls like one of the guys?

This reminds me of "just because you can, doesn't mean you should."

Male rape is just as big of a threat when captured as females. War is not pretty sometimes.

I know there are many women very capable of doing anything that I (or we as men) can do, but I just feel a certain way about women that will never change. There are still "real men" out there who honor women. My mother, my wife, my daughter are my personal examples. I can't help but to hold strongly to the opinion that the very LAST thing I would want would be any of them going into a combat situation.

If someone breaks into my house tonight, the LAST thing I will do is hand Mrs. Colson my Glock and ask her to please defend me. I still believe that people are created in the image of God and have certain "built in" features that neather man nor government can change.

I think of women as equals. I feel that everyone, especially women should be treated with respect and honor. For that, I will never apologize....nor can I support them being thrust into a combat situation when there are still men available to defend them and their children.
