I, being the fantabulous "Chef BoyamIsexy" that I am, will be making a spinach risotto and chicken meal.

What time should we all come? That sounds fantastic!

Lord....how I hate these threads!

They bring out all my GUILT about how this is the one area of being a wife & mom in which I'm not gifted.

I hate to cook! I hate working all day, and going home to slave for another hour or so to have it gone in 15 minutes and have to do more work to clean up! How do you people enjoy this?!?!?!

Seriously, if I could find somebody who loves me enough to add 4 portions to their dinner makin' each evening, let me swing by and pay them.....I'D BE IN HEAVEN!!!

(And to answer your question....it will probably pizza at the basketball game!)

There are places that will make you home cooked meals and deliver it. You can freeze it and it comes with instructions on how long to reheat/bake. It is not that expensive either.

Instead of Flowers does that and they deliver. A Dinner A'fare in Douglasville and Super Suppers in Smyrna will let you order them and then stop in and pick them up.

Yeah, but all those places (aside from being expensive) are still too much work!

I need someone who lives on the stretch of 61 between my office and my house who will literally just add my dinner to theirs. I don't want to shop or even decide what's for dinner. I want to pull in the driveway, slip them a few bucks, and take the hot meal home to the table.

Yes, I live in dreamworld!

(And by the way...we skipped the basketball game dinner. We waited and went to Sea Breeze instead. Yummy!)

Please forgive for my whining and complaining. It's just been one of those years months days.

We went to a local Cheddar's for dinner last night. My youngest drove up to spend the weekend with us!

I had the kiddie meal, grilled chicken and broccoli.
