He has really gotten into his healthier new lifestyle and is running 7 5ks this year. He finds them quite boring and I think this would really help but I am soooooooo very much too cheap to spend this much if I don't have to. Thought I'd check here before biting the bullet.

(And he only runs closed courses and treadmills so no worries re: the safety issues of running with these things.)
 
Kmart has some really inexpensive ones...they are not top notch by any means but they do play music lol You need to get it to GD to upload music on it..he has more music than the music hall of fame :laugh
 
Bump this up again tonight. I think son has one he will sell cheap. (I am pretty sure he has not sold it yet.)
 
Big Lots has some MP4s for $50. touch screen and all, I think they were Panasonic.
 
Turns out the buttnugget is kind of married to the idea of getting something through Amazon ... apparently we have a $50 gift certificate to spend there.

Does your son still have his for sale? I may still work something out. Buy that one and use the Amazon car for the accessories for hubster and a little something for moi. :whistle

:shakinghead: Son has not sold it, but says he has no clue to where he put it. He remembers having it, but not where.
 
watch out buying stuff like that from amazon....the last 3 transactions I did with them the products were fake/knockoff and I had to jump through hoops to get my money back

Really? Amazon is the absolute bomb! I buy from there at least (once a week...shhhhh) and have never had an issue! I buy phones, tv's, Ipod's. Are you a Prime member? If not, join! It is a small price for all that you get.
 
My Chi Iron I bought died within 2 weeks> I sent it to Chi to get fixed and they said it was a fake

I bought an otter box that broke and it turned out to be a fake and then I bought a purse


I got all mu money back but it was like pulling teeth
 
Pandora said they are having issues with people selling fake pandora stuff there too

:dunno You are the first person I have (personally) ever known to get a fake...and more than once...only you Sadie! :)) (It is sad, but it did make me giggle a little.)
I really buy as often as I said. I might have made a large purchase today even! :)) I am not sure if the Prime has anything to do with it, but I only buy from Prime sellers and receive everything with free two day shipping. (which is awesome. We had to buy a new ladder for the pool, no shipping or tax, and cheaper on Amazon verses the pool store.)
 
I have to admit that I'm not a big Amazon user and have always wondered about the other sellers on Amazon.
