Trump: Grab them [women] by the p....

If you don't think this will hurt him in the polls and at the voting booth then you're kidding yourself.

And it's only going to get worse when other similar stuff comes out in the coming weeks.

I'm old enough to remember a time when conservatives believed in and promoted honor, decency, and actual conservatism.

This is a populist uprising... I think you're in a for rude awakening.

I have not found a single Trump voter who has changed their mind because of this nonsense.

They see this as a media feeding frenzy... nothing more.

And they are angry...

I have seen them all over facebook and twitter! That is why I posted that this is not good. People are saying they have defended his brashness, but this is too much. Now they are not jumping over to Hillary, but I have no idea how you could not have seen people that are disgusted and just do not want anything to do with him anymore. (I see where friends have commented on their, but not my friends posts, and it is all over the country with people saying they are "almost embarrassed" to have defended him.) Comparisons all over of him to men who abuse...this is not just a little cuss word heard. I have read so many in just a day, and my little part of the world, that now say they just can not vote. :(

Now I DO agree with you that the frenzy over his statements has been everywhere in the media, almost more than the hurricane coverage. o_O They do not cover Hillary's issues like that.

I'm seeing similar on Facebook.

I guess you and I travel in different circles.

I think people are underestimating the amount
of populist anger out here in Middle America...

Just one example of what I am seeing :

"His comments were recorded without his knowledge.
In my world, that was humor, not serious talk about the other sex.
You see, my world is construction, the rough and tumble blue collar
life that built and builds this country. It is painful, dirty, physical, life
threatening, not appreciated but needed. Sounded to me like he was in
a construction trailer drinking Hennessy with the roddman after a hard
Friday concrete pour. The elite won’t get it, some professionals may but
won’t admit it. Those words were clearly not for public consumption,
but he wasn’t in public was he."

The blue collar voters are shrugging this off... they care about the issues.

This pompous virtue signaling from the pearl clutching establishment elite,
is being viewed with contempt. Washington DC needs to be grabbed by the kitty ! ! !

:nono:

I have also seen a few of those, but it is fewer than outrage. I am also seeing a lot of contempt for those trying to justify what he said or use memes to try and make their point. People are not idiots. They know what he said is disgusting and reprehensible, if you still want to vote for him that is fine, you find the other issues more pertinent to the country than his statements, but stop flinging mud at the other candidate to deflect what yours said.

I still think this is going to hurt him, no matter what circle you travel. :)

People who were never going to vote for him anyway are now OMG REALLY not going to vote for him.

Believe that if you'd like.

Trump can't win the election with just people who were already going to vote for him. He needs more independents and this latest video will hurt him.

I really have people that were Trump all the way, yard signs and all, now upset. Will they not vote for him? I do not know, but by what they are putting out there anyone on the fence is not going to jump on the train.

My concern is that this is only the beginning of people jumping. I highly doubt they put out the worst sound bite first. What is yet to come?

Who knows if accurate but I've seen multiple reports on twitter that there are at least 2 videos coming out soon...one is as bad as this recent one and one that is far worse.

It wouldn't surprise me if something else is released about an hour before the debate tonight.

Again, this may not be accurate but the latest I've seen on twitter is the "worse" video/audio includes Trump using the N word.

Those days are gone and will never return thanks to 24/7 media coverage and social media. True, there once was a perception of honor, decency and conservatism but mainly because what was behind curtain was never revealed. People are as sinful and indecent today as at any other time, in any culture or society, it's human nature. In a weird way it's refreshing knowing a candidate is human and no better than anyone else. Again, I do not condone his words but at least I know he's not perfect. He will have to atone for it and knowing his personality traits that will be a very difficult thing to do, but he will be a bigger and better man because of it.

I've said worse things than "grab her by the pussy" and this really doesn't bother me. Everyone makes crude remarks and he was right to dismiss it as locker room banter. It's exactly what it is. I told some facebook chicks that were screaming bloody murder that I've overheard them comparing dick sizes when talking about their boyfriends...How is this any different?

It's not. Everyone does it. Not to mention, it was a hot mic and should have just been deleted.

It is quite different. "Grab them by the pussy" is crude but not the worse part. He basically admitted to committing sexual assault.

“I’ve got to use some Tic Tacs, just in case I start kissing her,” Trump says. “You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait.

“And when you’re a star, they let you do it,” Trump says. “You can do anything.”

“Whatever you want,” says another voice, apparently Bush’s.

“Grab them by the p---y,” Trump says. “You can do anything.”

People really should not be so dismissive of comments of grabbing, kissing, forcing themselves on a woman. While he might have said it in a boisterous, look who I am and what I could do way not truly meaning it, woman that have been abused or have been around men that do exist like that, do not find it so preposterous and hysterical. He should own it, people supporting him should own that is was a horrible comment, and move on. The oh it's okay, and I have heard things like that before is making the whole situation worse.
