[I'm Floored]

Tonight I made this Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken. Well, minus the crockpot. ) I made the sauce in one pot, the chicken in another, then combined the two. Okay, so I had the chicken thawed out, needed to cook it and ran out of time this morning as I was headed out to throw it all in the crockpot. Really, my switch up shouldn't have made that much difference. But it did, just bland. Sounds like something kids would love, huh? Yeah, not so much. I got "eh, it's okay" and "Mom usually does much better".

I have found Pinterest recipes to be hit or miss:

Pizza Casserole - awesome
Chicken Enchiladas - meh...so-so.
Strawberry Coconut cake - lovely
Creamy Baked Spaghetti - nasty crap
Crock Pot Cube Steak - looks yucky... taste yummy
Cheesy Macaroni Casserole - needs improvement
Perfect Pot Roast - perfection
Bang Bang Shrimp - yes please
Garlic Chicken Puffs - just okay
Swiss Chicken Casserole - pretty good
Crock Pot Stroganoff - sucks

I do use almond meal for most everything I do need flour for though.

From Pinterest? I love quiche! Douceur de France in Marietta makes good ones! I've never made one at home. I need to change that.

Yeah they do! Haven't been there in a while.

I love quiche but I bet there's no way I could get anyone else in the house to eat it. If it isn't from a cow, they'll hardly eat anything around here.
