I have even had our IT dept. tell me how to dump the cache and cookies and they told me to do the same thing. They even checked to make sure that the Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, etc. were in fact deleted from the appropriate folders.
As for at home, at this point, I just don't recall right now... But, I will be home at some point this evening so I can check and tell you. I also use IE at home.

I don't have the option of choosing another browser - I have Internet Explorer and I am locked out from downloading any other alternatives.
