But I have also met Paulette a few times and how she got elected is beyond me! Another politician with the personality of a dead fish. Very cold to anyone that cannot help her or has lots of money. She will not get my vote either.

I know Paulette as she is my friend. There is zero wrong with her personality, she is actually pretty smart. People hate her for whatever the reason is, which personally I could careless...but she is not dumb nor cold to anyone. If you knew Paulette, you'd understand but you don't...only hearsay. And yes, I know about her financial issues related to her business and of what she is doing about it to resolve it. But hey, no one cares about that other than bash her by listening to third party jerks who have an agenda and will do whatever they can to hurt her in any way possible or flat out lie.

And speaking of lies...Mason is way off base and is lying about Heath wanting to end the Hope Scholarship. That is completely false.

There are a couple of domestic violence issues, there is a lawsuit filed against Paulette by Georgia Heritage Bank, there is the insurance fraud issue, there is the federal tax lien, there are evidently some Georgia tax issues, there is the issue with the very serious contemt aciton in which a Judge found her in contempt and ordered that she be incarerated within 90 days should she not purge herself of the contempt........................................and this woman represents us? How disgusting is that!

And I will tell you Chris, I was unfortunately not the only one that witnessed her "campaigning" at the visitation of a dear friend that recently passed away - completely inappropriate and witnessed by LOTS of people!

Face it Chris, the tax liens and the federal court judgement agains there does have an impact on the voters. It's a question of integrity and displaying of judgement. People are naturally going to question both of these with the past and present issues in her personal and business life.

There's little doubt in my mind that if a Democrat was currently in office and had the same things going on right now that Paulette has, you would be using that information to blast that Democrat and questioning their judgement and integrity. You would be saying that person was not fit to represent us.

How do I know this? Because you are doing the same thing with Morrison. You have told us that if people knew about what she did in regards to some priest, people would not want to vote for her; yet you offer no further information. You also don't believe she should hold office because of the lawsuit she and her husband have against the county (I agree with that reason as well). Essentially what you are saying is Morrison's judgement and integrity are suspect. Those are the two things people are questioning about Paulette as well.

The state has certain rules regarding indebtedness for taxes preventing someone to be qualified as a political candidate. She has federal tax liens against her. She also has a federal court order to pay the attorneys for Xerox, but she has failed to do that. Why hasn't she paid them? Her refusal to pay them is a question of her judgement and integrity.

The voters have every right to question her judgement and integrity Chris, just as they have the right to question the same of Morrison.

Let the courts decide the matter with her company, not us. It has no bearing on her doing what she has done the past 2 years at the Capitol. She's a smart person and I am sure she has a lawyer taking care of matters and that is how our courts work and I know you know that.

What is happening now was the same way 2 years ago...attack...attack...attack...attack...name calling and so on. It gets very old and mostly done by the same people over and over and over.
