Need Manly Advice...

I started this thread because we have had many "surprise" gifts ruined thanks to internet surveillance.

The minute you search for something or even utter the words near your phone the ads are everywhere !!!

I have not mentioned one word about this to anyone, so it's kind of a test.

As for what brands he has...be careful because there are copycat brands out there now, but:

Yellow = DeWalt
Red = Milwaukee
Lime Green = Ryobi
Medium blue = Makita or Lowes' Kobalt line.

But again, everyone and their brother has jumped into cordless powertools now, and there are lots of lookalikes, so don't go by color alone.

Milwaukee will be a little more costly, but it's high-end stuff. Make sure you match the voltage he uses. EX" 12 volt or 18 volt (M12 or M18)
