Are these related or just strange timing? I don't know but I have read thru several sources that Boehner was directly involved in the Benghazi incident. I guess we'll see soon.

The whole "able to recover e-mails" thing sounds very fishy to me. I don't doubt that they have found e-mails, but not on that server. i mean come on, even I'm smart enough to physically destroy and dispose of the original hard drive or wipe it using Guttman. Everybody knows that the DOD can break their own 7 pass wiping scheme, or they wouldn't have published it. I say that they found copies of the e-mails elsewhere.

But either way I delight in the fact that Hillary was maybe just a little too cocky for he own good. I hope she dies in prison.

Mike Rogers has reportedly stepped down also, but I cannot confirm that. I didn't name Rubio as being in the same "Gang". And I didn't say there was anything to this story, just something to watch. Frankly, I don't care if ALL of Congress stepped down, they could all be easily be preplaced with 1st grade students!

) Ok, now that was funny.... :Stick If you have to ask...... Really though, the Pope part bothers me. He is a good man, a humble man. He is unlike any Pope ever. Yes, he wants gun control, he is a Pope, what would you expect? He has been accepting, not condoning gays. He wants people to hear the word and feels it is not his job to judge another, he wants them to be receptive to the word of God. How many people still listen after you tell them they are possessed ( @stradial ..I remembered this time! :laugh ) and going to hell? None. They think you are an idiot and not worth listening.

He actually rarely wears them. I think that is one reason I was not taken with Benedict. He was sooooo flashy. Red Prada shoes, the big ornate hats at every event, just seemed untouchable, whereas our current Pope has worn black nursing shoes and is out washing feet. :dunno I bet if you asked he would let you borrow some of his hats since he is not wearing them. ;D

I think most Catholics are very nice people, but I see the pope as another politician most of the time. Not being Catholic, I pay very little attention to him or the Vatican unless something puts them in the news or on my mind. I need to expand on my "whore" comment though. That was something we were discussing at lunch at work, and our chaplain and another officer said something about "fornicating with all nations" I recently read a TIME article about Pope Francis and his diplomatic visits, and it showed Francis vs Benedict on the map, and the places they chose to go. I was looking at that, they're not really a country, but the Vatican has diplomatic relations with most of the world. That's where I was using that. I was not aware until later when I looked at more articles that there are a whole lot of people who think the Vatican is satanic, communist, secretly some other religion, whatever you want to attach to it. There are lots of people who are using that same whore statement for different purposes.

I'm not going to say much else about the Pope, until he does/says more stuff I have a problem with. I really don't care about the gay issue , but I swear I read something about him supporting gay marriage. I looked back, and I could not find it. It was probably on some BS-artist site like huff po. If that's not actually true, and it appears it wasn't, then my finger-pointing at him will have to wait till later.

The gun control thing is pretty hypocritical coming from a guy who drives around in an armored vehicle with tons of armed guards. But then, it's hypocritical when Obama and Pelosi do it too, so nothing much exciting there.
