I don't like people coming to my house unannounced period. My home is my sanctuary, it's my place to try and relax. This is part of the reason I moved to the woods. I am not polite to people I don't know who show up unexpected.

I do have 1 funny story but that was only bad timing on their part(one lady RAN away from the house) . They probably put my house on an No knock zone and to the people who live there now...You're Welcome

It was when Ash was in the 1st grade and Harry Potter was bigger than life. She just got a HP cloak for her BD along with some other HP things like a wizzarding kit to make potion's. It was a bunch of koolaid type stuff and flavored sugars. I told her we could only play with it in the basement due to it's messiness. I told her to go set up but the light bulb was out. I told her to go get a box of candles and the candle holders out of a closet to set up too.

Anywhoooo the door bell rand and it was JW's so I was in the middle of my POLITE not interested spill when Ashlyn comes up from the basement all in her black cloak stating that the "chamber" is ready, Candles are out(not light yet ) and potions are ready to be made! Then she added I got you a cloak too mommy and I hope I levitate!!! The lady looks at me and I asked jokily if they wanted to join our ceremony and while one chick looked at me with wide eyes, the other turn and ran...lol

My neighbor was outside and came over to check on us... they joined in for some potions lol

Ash only said she wanted to levitate because I told her we were gonna get high off sugar lol
