I'm not a big steak fan, but when I do eat it, I prefer mine medium well, just a little bit of pink left in it, but absolutely no red and no blood.

I was very much like her until I became the bookkeeper of a great steakhouse restaurant. Got to know the cooks and they taught me how to order steak. Of course they like it rare, I like mine a little more than medium, not really even medium well. I want it a soft pink in the center with the juices cooked. About 6 minutes on each side, depending on how thick the steak is. That's the only way I'll eat it and I will only eat a good NY Strip or a filet.........I don't do fat. Ribeyes are just wayyy too fatty for me.

Yep, steak sauce tastes like steak sauce. I want the flavor of the steak, not the sauce. Delmonico is a good steak, is there anywhere around here to get one??

Love my steak medium well.....and Chevy KNOWS how to grill me the perfect steak......Not to many people can grill a good steak like he does his.....PERFECT every time......LOL....Now this makes me want a steak for dinner tonight.....

Rare, cooked on a charcoal grill, with only s&p. But I rarely eat steak or red meat.
