Based on what we make, I never had anything to put it on that it seemed the "right flavor" to compliment. We cook with olive oil, maybe I needed to stir it into a pasta and veggie type cold-salad ... but I just did not like the flavor. I ended up throwing it out ... and I never ever, ever, just throw food out! But it had been in the fridge to the point it expired!
