EgyptAir Crash and Trump

Pipe dream to even think a libertarian could win. Not until the GOP truly collapses and the DMC starts infighting.

Isn't it wonderful to be American, you can vote Libertarian even though it's a hopeless cause. If Hillary picks Bernie as her running mate there will be no stopping them anyway. The Bern voters will vote for her in hopes of her eventually being convicted which would put "The Bern" in office. Now how about that for an outcome.

No idea who their so called "experts" are but I have not seen one say that there was or could have been a bomb. There is no indication (so far at least) from either the data transmission or the debris of an explosion. There is indication of smoke in a very confined area, there is no indication of depressurization. It could have been an incendiary device, but getting it into the enclosed space of the avionics compartment would by highly improbable.
 
Trump just said what I was thinking. As soon as I got an alert on my phone I thought to myself, another one.

A plane doesn't turn in circles while diving toward the ocean unless it has been overtaken or bombed.

There have been a lot of planes just "disappear" and I fully believe it's terrorism.

I don't care if they've claimed it or not.

They're going to make Paris pay and Egypt. And I don't think they're through with Brussels.

I don't think Bernie would accept. Agree with his policies or not, he's an honest man.

My concern was I didn't know what your point was. If you had said, "Here's what the crazies over at WorldNetDaily are saying," or "Wow do you guys think this is true," or even, "Here is an example of how evil Hillary Clinton is," I wouldn't have commented.

"I'm just saying" is frequently used to excuse the speaker from offensive or ridiculous speech. For example: "Wally, you'd have more luck with the ladies if you lost fifty pounds. I'm just saying."

If this was not what you meant, I apologize. But, to bring in something that wacky and crazy without any context about why you're bringing it in is why I felt a need to respond. I was ready to respond to the made up statistics on the thread too, but other people beat me to it.

Ya know what? This statement is just sad to me. I'm NOT attacking you, Win, or anything like that, but I mean this in general.

To me it's so sad that so many folks think they have to vote "RED" or "BLUE" or else they toss their votes away.

Does anyone realize that if we finally decide to not vote "RED" or "BLUE" and just vote for the person we feel aligns mostly with our own thoughts and beliefs, this country would probably not be going down the sh*tter?

I'm over here, in a corner waving a little flag and saying in a small voice, "Rand..."

Oh I agree with you 100%. I'm tired of taking the "lesser of two evils" myself. But... the GOP and the DMC are still too powerful to allow a 3rd party to ever get close to winning. Just not going to happen until both collapse. Why do you think judges, DA's, sheriff's and other "non-partisan" candidates run under a given party? Most are disgusted with party politics but do so to win.

I do truly hope that one day a 3rd party becomes strong enough to win the white house.

Because Hillary would just blame it on a video. I KNOW he shouldn't do these things. I.KNOW.THAT. I wish he wasn't the Republican nominee. But, I think everyone (except the Democrats) also knew folks weren't dying over a youtube video.

Playing on the phonetic similarity between the last two letters in the plane’s registration, SU-GCC, and the surname of Egypt’s president, Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, some workers also wrote “traitor” and “murderer.”

"Just saying" what? What do you mean?


Actually, the truth is, that phrase is a pet peeve of mine because it is so often used as cover for ridiculous or offensive comments. "Trump fires up a crowd just like Hitler. Just saying." No, that's not just saying. That's trying to compare a blowhard to an evil man who led a country into genocide.

I would prefer people come out and say what they mean and tell me why they are bringing things up. Just saying. :p
