I need easy, fast, anyone could do it candy recipes. I do not eat candy, I have none and I did google and pinterest, holy moly  do you know how many recipes they showed? :faint I do not have time to try them all out, so I was hoping that you guys might have some. They do not have to be fat free, gluten free, low carb, or healthy. I am not eating the candy. :))

What kind of candy. If you are looking for something traditional like fudge, google and find the recipe for Hershey's fudge. It takes time, but it is the best.

If you want super easy, do rolo turtles. Lay mini pretzel twists out, stick a rolo candy on top of each one. Put them in a low heat oven (like 225) for a few minutes. Take them out, place a pecan half on each one and press it down.

If you want non-chocolate, I will have to dig out my recipes.

Oh that is perfect! Any other super fast, easy recipes? I just found out I have to send in candy with husband. A lot. :huh I have nothing else going on you know. :))

Saw something similar at Mrs. Mac's family get together.

Square pretzels, with a roll-o on top. Single M&M pressed into it. They were actually pretty tasty!

Along similar lines ... pretzel rods dipped in melted chocolate (different kinds ... dark, milk, white) and then rolled in various "toppings". Sprinkles, crushed nuts, crushed toffee, etc.

Here's a link for 25 different recipes:

The chocolate cherry bark sounds good.

I am not making anything with saltines. My gf tried that a couple of years ago and used a few of us as guinea pigs, oh my gosh, it was so gross. We all hated all three recipes and she threw it all out. We all felt bad, but it was nasty.

I made these for BabyB's 2nd birthday party and they were a huge hit. They were "Abby's wands".

White chocolate candy cane bark is insanely easy and hugely popular.
^^This was goin to be my suggestion. Super easy and can make a lot. You can get pre-crushed mint candy in red and green at Michaels or Joann.

I am going to try this one too. I have a food processor and candy canes. I think that should work so I don't have to make a trip, right?

I would think so. That's what I'd do, if I already had the stuff.

I have to go to the grocery store today which is bad enough. I really did not want to have to go to any others. :))

I have to ask..

How in the world do you get them off the cookie sheet? :dunno

I can see myself trying to scoop them off and that crap smearing everywhere.

..and I dont mean crap crap, it just that I know I would get frustrated (after a couple smearing) and throw the whole shootin match in the trash.

I use parchment for things. I plan on using it tonight. I will let you know if it sticks horribly and sending my pans to LisaC. :snick_bunny
