Last night was a big pot of chili and tonight was a big pot of Loaded Potato Soup!

Oh my goodness, I could do soup just about every day of the year and especially during the cooler months. I had a cup of tomato tonite! I think they save a lot of time and great for a working Mom and can be very healthy.

On Monday I got in trouble because I whipped up a quick box of Jiffy cornbread, so last night I made "homemade" cornbread to go with the potato soup. It seems that according to my guys Jiffy isn't "homemade".

Your family is so right! Jiffy is cake. YUCK! It compares to minute rice. If you want to make something good, make it from scratch or from real rice.
