Zimmerman granted bail

People always throw their "rights" in our face...Well, even a person with a serious charge such as his and has not been determined to be a "flight risk" or a danger to others is entitled to reasonable bail.

But I bet you'll hear nothing but complaints about it through the drive-by media.

...Zimmerman told Martin's parents that he was "sorry for the loss of your son." He said he didn't know that Martin was 17 and that he was unarmed during their altercation in a central Florida neighborhood...

ABC also has a photo up showing the bloody back of his head. Funny how it's taken them like six weeks to find that. Morons.

Also funny how fast the media can wrongly "clarify" the audio to say a racial slur that was never there yet look at how long it took them to get the video clarified from the police station to show the injury to the back of his head.

idiots

Have I mentioned recently how much I hate the media?

Right there with you, sister.

In the current climate, I wonder if he's safer in jail.

Upon release, he'll be required to wear an ankle bracelet.

Wonder if he could tell them he's going back into hiding and they monitor him there? I agree it's dangerous.

Although this story seems to be losing steam directly proportional to the real details coming out. I thought his apology to the parents was very forthright and open. I think it did him well.
