'Woke' retailers who asked Congress for help amid smash-and-grabs supported left-wing police reforms

Time to shoot them. Report that retailers are allowed to shoot them, after 12 to 20 of them die... they will get the hint.

Shoot them, report each time one of the thugs gets shot and dies, that should stop pretty quick.

Sigh, As much as that sounds like a solution, I truly believe that deadly force should be reserved for life threatening conditions.

I *would* like to see a bill giving immunity from lawsuit for owner/business that uses a tazer, cattle shock prod, or trank gun on someone stealing from a store and / or non-lethal traps (Net from ceiling, trank gas) for after hours. If they are cutting their way out of a net, they are not loading up on merchandise.

The violence from the people doing the thefts is escalating. They need to be met with force to stop them, or we have no more law and order and society is lost. Time to crack heads and make an impression to these rings of organized theft... who use weapons.

"He was smart enough not to raise the gun, because my people had guns," said Perillo. "If he raised that gun, he would have been shot, we’d probably be in court defending ourselves."

One man was armed with a gun and stood by the entrance of the dealership while the other man used a hammer to smash display cases and allegedly stole about eight luxury watches,

a group of about 90 people reportedly ransacked a Nordstrom in Walnut Creek, California, running into the store with weapons and stealing about $100,000 worth of merchandise before driving away in a fleet of getaway cars.

“I probably saw 50 to 80 people (with) like ski masks, crowbars, like a bunch of weapons,” one eyewitness said of the Walnut Creek robbery.

What needs to happen is for all the state and local leaders to come together and send a message to the criminals that this is about to stop, and anyone who does this crap will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

But, the libbies aren't going to do it.

As for all these companies and groups who jumped on the BLM bandwagon...they did this just so they could say "look at us, we're not racist and we support black people". Problem is, they didn't take the time to see who and what BLM really was, and now they have a problem on their hands because there's no easy way out.

Agree that if deadly force is threated by the crook (carrying a weapon during a robbery *is* a threat as far as I am concerned) then its "There is no overkill, there is only Open Fire! and Reloading"

I was thinking more of you standard shoplifter, which is another set of problems that CA seems to have.
