...cuz I'm in the mood for playing the blues. I'm still stuck here. I woke up this morning to snow on the ground and it was coming down pretty good. The mountains surrounding us were green yesterday, now they're all white. I think I'll sit down and write some blues numbers about my experiences here. "I'm stuck in the north now freezing my butt off blues." How about, "I Gots the Wag Bag Blues?" If you don't know what a wag bag is google it. LOL You'll know why that gives me the blues.

freezing my butt off.
I'm stuck in the north baby,

Ain't no chopper coming for me,
I'm thinking I'll never get out of here.

I've got the stuck in the north freezing my butt off blues.
I'm stuck in the north and there's nothing for me to do.
If I were back at my home base
I wouldn't have the blues.

I had to drop a duece today baby.
I've been holding it for three days.
I couldn't hold it no longer baby,
Though I tried and tried.
I put the wag bag in the bucket
And it was bombs away.

I've got the stuck in the north freezing my butt off blues.

If I were back at my home base
I wouldn't have the blues.


How do you guys like it so far? I have the tune for it in my head. Maybe for karaoke night, I'll bring my guitar with me and perhaps they will let me play it for you all. I need to go finish this thing. I think it's funny as heck.
 
My blues number is better than the Babysitting Blues. Come on bro, I though you'd at least be laughing your tail off at the verse about the wag bag.
 
Oh I'm laughing, it just reminded me of that scene from the movie.

Wish we could do our Karaoke in a private place, we could do a blues segment.

If it continues to stay in the 80's, I don't see why we can't have it outdoors at your place. You have a better sound system anyway. People can bring their own seats. We just need the karaoke machine to hook into it.

It it doesn't rain. Rain and electronics don't go well together. We'll need to get closer in before we know.
